👩‍🍳Baking the Cake

Baked cakes can't receive new contributions. The equity stake is frozen.

The output of Baking is simply a report of each member wallet's current equity stake in percentage and DOU. This report can be used to allocate a new token, shares, fiat or crypto currency once the Cake is Baked.

The baking data is fed into your issuance of the desired new asset and the DOU is cleared.

Baking events are supported through both in-app and off chain services on request.

In addition, we are working on some common models for Tokenisation and Reward issuance that we'll offer in the App. These will be available Ad Hoc and have the option of not closing the Cake.
