The future of work is already here... or are there ways to go?

We're in a new era of work. For those who 'work' for DAOs, work is:

  • Remote

  • Autonomous

  • Connected

  • Interesting

  • Rewarding.

'Work' is the debatable term here as DAOs effectively flatten the traditional corporate hierarchy. The DAO model promises a future where there is no difference between the 'workers' and 'owners' or management. In many DAOs that future is already here whereby contributors earn the DAO tokens for their contribution. Belief in the project and the success of the DAO is bound to the value of the contributions and therefore the quality of the people.

This all sounds amazing, it sounds like the future; yes, it is the closest we have to pure productivity interconnected with reward. Yet, DAOs struggle connecting people due to many barriers. Crypto natives and DAOist push through the tech, advanced concepts and terminology; however, to date the masses have been left behind.
